The webinar will provide you with an invaluable insight in to what it is like to work within our Contact and Control Room, the recruitment and training process and how to apply. Through the webinar you will discover:
- An overview of the roles working within our Contact and Control Room, including how to apply, the recruitment process and training
- Hear real life, first hand, experiences of staff who work in the Control Room and what is it like to answer and respond to 999 and 101 calls and manage the switchboard.
