Are you a Year 12 student considering applying to study medicine or dentistry?
UCAT now forms part of the entry requirements for all UK medical and dental schools.
Students applying for 2025 entry must sit the UCAT by 26 September 2024.

UCAT is an admissions test, used by a consortium of UK and partner Universities to help select applicants for medicine and dentistry programmes. The test is used alongside other selection criteria such as academic qualifications and interviews. The UCAT is a computer-based test, delivered in Pearson VUE test centres throughout the UK and worldwide.

UCAT Test Dates:
UCAT registration opens on 14 May 2024 and testing takes place between 8 July and 26 September 2024.
It is strongly recommended that candidates book as early as possible.
