Discussing pay is often considered taboo, yet with rising living costs and a volatile job market, understanding compensation and job security has become a top priority for young people. We have been running immersive work experience programmes for over a decade and know that "how much will I earn?" is one of the most common questions students ask. These events aim to shed light on this sensitive and widely misunderstood topic, to support informed career decision-making.
