Student Finance offers undergraduate and postgraduate loans to cover course fees, accommodation and living expenses. How much you may receive will depend on a variety of factors, with some students being eligible for additional financial support. 

You can start the application process before your place at University has been confirmed and you can also apply after your course has started. However, it can take up to six weeks to process your application, so be sure to apply as soon as you can. If your application is late, your money may not arrive until after you have started your course and are expected to pay fees, rent and other students costs.
