How to Pass a Psychometric Test with CIMA

Psychometric tests are used by employers to assess intelligence, abilities, potential and personality. They're often used during the preliminary screening stage, or as part of an assessment centre. They’re objective, convenient and strong indicators of job performance - making them very popular with large recruiters.
Because of this, it’s really important that you have the skills and understanding of how to pass them in order to get the apprenticeship or graduate role that you want.
