Invitation: JTL Norwich Open Event - Electrical & Plumbing Apprenticeships
JTL Norwich Centre Open Event
Tuesday 18th February (2-6 pm) during the half-term break
The open event offers an excellent opportunity for KS4 pupils to find out more about starting rewarding and lifelong careers as electricians or plumbing and heating engineers through the apprenticeship training route.
Our four-year, Level 3 apprenticeship programmes are open to anyone aged 16 and above, and feature training in the latest green technologies to support the UK in delivering its net-zero ambitions. Apprentices will be trained by expert industry-trained tutors and will have a dedicated training officer who will support them throughout their apprenticeship programme. Our purpose-built Norwich training centre located in Catton Grove, north of the city, comprises modern industry-standard electrical and plumbing workshops and free parking.
KS4 pupils can attend with their parents or carers.
During the open event, visitors to the event will have the opportunity to:
- Speak with tutors and assessors about our apprenticeship programmes to find out what’s involved, learn about the entry requirements, how to apply, and the type of exciting career opportunities available in the building services engineering sector.
- Take a guided tour of our specialist training centre, featuring modern workshops, classrooms, and facilities.
- Meet current JTL apprentices to get first-hand insights into the apprenticeship journey.
- Receive course information leaflets and branded goodies to take home.
