Confirmation Courses
St George's Parish Confirmation Course
The next Confirmation Course at St George's will start on Saturday 9th November with the Diocesean Youth event HOPE! It will be followed by some monthly sessions: if you are part of the parish, are going to be 13 by May 2025 and interested in being confirmed, please ask one of your parents/guardians to complete the online form on the parish's website.

Y11 Post-16 Applications using HelpYouChoose
Some Post-16 Providers will require you to apply through the HelpYouChoose website. To set up an account follow these steps:
- Click on the login page
- Type in your username (it is the same as your Notre Dame login username)
- Click on 'forgotten your password?'
- You'll receive a password reset email. Follow the instructions to create your own password
- Go back to the login page and put in your username and new password

Year 7-10 swimming competition
Do you or have you in the past swam for a club? Have you entered swimming gala’s? If not, are you a strong recreational swimmer who would like to compete in a local school’s gala?
Anyone interested please come along to a meeting with Mr Clitheroe at break time on Friday lunch in the sports hall.

If you are interested in entering the Norfolk schools team table tennis championships please see Mr Clitheroe asap. Teams of 4 players are required in the following age groups

Y11-13 Arrow Trophy
Arrow Trophy 2024 Rules:-
- The competition is 5 a side with rolling substitutions allowed
- Teams must be ready to play on time – failure to make the kick off time will result in a forfeit
- Y11/12 - Only players from that form are permitted to play. If this rule is broken, the team will be disqualified from remainder of competition.
- Y13 have altered rules as they are not in form groups, but may have some restrictions on players allowed on the pitch.
- Teams will wear their house colour – you are welcome to bring your own kits, but it must be in your house colour.
- All players must be wearing sporting kit. No kit = No play
- Any ‘no show’ will result in a 3-0 win for the opposition
- Matches will be 12 minutes long, with no half time.
- Once the goalkeeper has it in his hands, he must return it into play via a ‘roll’
- Sideline balls are ‘roll in’ via an underarm roll.
- The top two in each of the groups will progress to the quarter finals. League tables will be updated daily on the PE TV screen
- This will be worked out on points, Goal difference, goals scored.
- Quarter finals will be drawn with group winners playing against runners up
